Ingredients

  • Left over Farm Fresh mac and cheese.

  • Cheddar Cheese.

  • Panko bread crumbs.

  • Flour.

  • Eggs.

  • Cream.

  • Farm Fresh Italian herb mix.

  • Any type of oil.

Preparation

  1. Take left over mac and cheese, flatten out and stuff with cheddar cheese.
  2. Form the mac and cheese into balls.
  3. Mix together your panko bread crumbs and Italian herb mix.
  4. Mix together your flour and Italian herb mix
  5. Beat together eggs with cream
  6. Take your mac and cheese balls and lather them in flour, egg wash, and panko bread crumbs.
  7. Fry in any oil of choice until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
